what documents are needed to re enter the US on a student visa and as an opt worker?

I graduated over last summer and I am working now on my OPT.
I am a student on a f 1 visa with my i-20 form, but I need to know if I need any more documents to re enter the US to continue on my OPT.

The following documents are needed for you to re-enter the US:

I-20: Signatures in the front and last page by your school.
OPT
Passport
I-94
Visa
School Information, or Request of Absence signed by your school (Sometimes Not needed at all)

As long as your I-20, EAD, OPT, and visa stamp are valid, you can re-enter the country without any problems. If your visa stamp has expired, just make sure to get another one before you come back.
