Do they not see that leaving now will just cause more civil war which will be utter pandemonium. You can expect turkey to move in and annex kurdish territory, syria from the west and iran from the east to do likewise. Whatever happens, oil prices will reach record highs and while you may not want to fight a war over oil, this is over oil and if we lose, the high oil prices will have a toll. High gasoline prices (record highs maybe double), will cause poverty which will cause crime, homelessness, and terror. Leaving could be the catalyst to apocalypse.

I am a very fristrated divorced wife. I did everything right in court and followed the laws while my X continues to walk all over the "system" I have quickly learned that it is far to easy to get away with things and he takes full advantage. What is a court order for if you continue to blantantly ignore it. I have had it. Part of me wishes to rise above it but I really feel like he needs to take responsibility for his actions. He gets every priviledge of his son with no consequence, I continue to suffer with the hardship of financial straint. Doesn't he understand that by hurting me financialy it is also hurting his own son!

Please help me prepare for battle in the legal system where I have seen no action in my case.

PS No money for Lawyer. I did the trial etc.. all by myself.

Can the police in a Commonwealth State (example Virginia) simply deliver a box via USPS and arrest someone who does not live at the location after they accepted the box but did not sign for or open it?

Also, what are the ramifications of the police then seizing property from the house and not giving a property list to the owner so that they can identify their items?

Simply, can u just arrest someone for somethign u delivered even though there is no proof they own it?

I would be greatful if someone can shed light on this for me.

they bombed our unarmed Radar ship the USS LIBERTY while it was flying the American flag , which had to be intentional , yet no investigation has ever been did concerning responsibilety ,enve tho they killed abot 40of our men and wounded 200 more?? 80%of all spies ever caught in the U,S, hae been Jew's, 2 Jews ethel and jullies Rosenburg gave our atomic bomb secrets to russia , who could not have built the bomb without these plans, they gave our radar secrets to Russia on our guided missels , who in return developed a system to turn any missile we fired back on us, they gave our secrets to Russia on our silent prop, for our Los Angles class subs, the list is endless , and the list is also endless in what we have gave Israel in billions of dollars and billions in miletary hardware, and billions we have gave them in grants etc, please explain why this is so one sided, how the hell can we afford freinds like this?

I don't think executing people solves anything
and I think there are alot of punishments worse than just killing executing someone

I voted for him.
So did a good portion of the country, now when things get tough everybody tucks and runs. Let's remember how wonderful Clinton's foreign policy was.

This protesting and speaking out just makes the troops uncertain about their cause and causes them to make mistakes and troops die when mistakes are made. Furnace dealer put a oversized furnace in our house. I asked them to correct it, but the salesman don't seem to care. The owner said he will perform sizing calculation and replace the equipment if needed. The manufacturer said they guarantee 100% satisfaction. If I don't like it, they said that they will refund it. If the dealer tricks me, I am thiking about returning the whole furnace. My question is, what if the dealer refuses to refund me the purchase? Do I have any legal right to get the full refund? Or, 100 percent satisfaction is a piece of crap which does not have any legal meaning?
