I've looked it up on-line, and I think with the help of my friend who went to veteran's school for awhile, we can do it.

I made a terrible mistake.. I had him neuterd at 6 months old, and he is now 4.

He is the most amazing cat, and I NEED more.

I am confused to why this is under military:) Anyway, to my knowledge, once a cat is neutered it like that for life. Plus, I wouldn't suggest doing it yourself. Do you mean your friend went to veterinary school? Find an actual and get a professional opinion.

When a tomcat is neutered, his testicles are removed, so you're out of luck. I don't suppose you know any of his fertile relatives?
How about having him cloned? (Beware, the clone might not be much like him at all. The technology isn't that great yet, plus environment plays a role.)

Why is ths in the Military section? Do you even know what being neutered means? It seems like you don't. I suggest learning what it means before asking idiotic questions.

You cannot "un" neutered a cat. A neutered cat is a male cat whose testicles have been removed.
