My spinster aunt died recently leaving 3 houses and a large amount of money to me, two cousins, and her sister-in-law. One of my cousins is attempting to keep the rest of us from our inheritance. He was executor at the time of her death, and I have no idea who the lawyer was involved in setting up the will. I have obtained my own lawyer, but so far we can't get information about the will. Any ideas on what to do?

I have a question on the Mississippi state gun laws. My daughter was caught concealing alcohol in the Liquor and Wine store in Biloxi. Realizing the consequences, she was putting the liquor as the store clerk said "I know what you're doing! You're stealing from me." She opened her jacket to show she had put it back and that she meant no harm. She then tried to leave, not realizing that since she didn't "steal" it, that she did something illegal. She then tried to leave the store and kicked the door to try to leave. The store worker then pulled a gun on her and ****** it back ready to shoot. My daughter is sixteen years old and the tape shows she did nothing but kick the door to cause this man to pull a gun. Is it legal in the state of Mississippi to pull a gun and cock it back, ready to shoot, if they do nothing to provoke it?????? Thank you.

White Supremacy groups have waged a media war against Latinos by circulating false claims and Urban Myths that have been repeated so often, many Whites believe they are true.

Whites are scared, they fear an invisible Reconquista, invisible illnesses that never happen and the loss of their invisible "Culture".

What they are not aware of is that Americana is Mexican i.e. the Cowboy and African i.e. Rock n Roll. That is not to say that Whites have not contributed to the USA, our economic system is based on European theory.

Then a U.N.-sponsored Jordanian mandate, ceasefire and economic aid can be introduced after stabilizing the area and stopping the infighting and some type of power-sharing agreement can be arranged, leading to semi-autonomous rule under a U.N./Jordanian administration, possibly leading to independece.

Which would you pick betwen each one. No, you can't pick Kerry. He's already lost once and he's not running again, and Al Gore is too busy saving the world for Hollywood. Oh, by the way...George Bush is in the middle of his second term, so he can't run again either.

I'm from California and moved to oregon recently and just recieved a ticket for running a yellow light I know laws differ so I am wondering if anyone knows if it is illegal to go through a yellow light in Oregon? ....For some people who assume I did something aside from running a yellow light like going faster or was talking on a cell phone or what not, all I did was run a yellow light, honestly and that is what is on my $242.00 citation 811265 "failed to obey traffic control device/ ran yellow light.

realy think about it.........alot of the laws that take freedoms away are of 'liberal' nature.......guns, tobacco, high taxes, less freedom of speech, etc. I think liberals are really liberal when it comes to civil rights, which I think is great, but that's about as far as it goes. After that, liberals really are more restrictive of people's rights.

I come from a Democratic background so I ask this question out of sincerity. I think I'm more Independent at this point and I think the Democrats have left me.......not that I left them. I think the conservatives are more for personal freedom but I could never see myself as a conservative because they're not for the little guy as the Democrats traditionally are (civil rights)......what do you think?

Do you care enough to listen to all of the candidates running for office and vote with an open mind?

Do you care enough to sign up and fight for your country?

Do you care enough to respect her laws and to serve on a jury when called upon to do so?

What other ways do you demonstrate your love for this country?

Have you seen what is going on in other countries like England? They have large numbers of Muslims living there who are plotting and causing a Jihadist atmosphere there. Are we setting ourselves up to be attacked from within? Aren't many African-Americans converting to Islam? Even in the Anglo/Saxon community. Wasn't Timothy McVeigh proven to have ties to Al Qaeda?

He's now 31 and his sister is also a Canadian. Does this mean they can sponsor me or my husband (under relative as per last point) as we are not their dependent child i.e. we are above 22 years old.

You can sponsor relatives or family members from abroad if they are:
your spouse, common-law or conjugal partner 16 years of age or older;
your parents or grandparents;
your dependent children, including adopted children;
children under 18 years of age whom you intend to adopt;
your brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces or grandchildren who are orphans; under the age of 18 and not married or in a common-law relationship; or
a relative of any age if you do not have an aunt, uncle or family member from the list above who you could sponsor or who is already a Canadian citizen, Indian or permanent resident.
