I got an offer from US based software company, I paid money for H1B visa and employer will take care of getting H1B approval. Is any chance of not getting H1B approval. And possibly when wil I come to know my H1B application is approved Since the quota opens for india only on Oct. Thanks in advance for your ans.

I have read so much about Gandhi Ji and cannot understand what he represented and where he got his ideas from. The concept of civil disobedience he observed and learnt from the sikhs in their 6 month campaign against the Brits where hundreds were peacefully mowed down by brits in the Jato Marches. Was Gandhi a right wing Hindu or was a he truely a nation builder. Was he a political agent for Brits ? Why were US Christians & Brits promoting him ? Gandi jis speeches some of them very right wing ? I am confused...

With a growing number of Scots considering the SNP party I think that it is time for people to not answer the question of can Scotland can become independent but if it can succeed as an EU nation. Given that with with the addition of last Balkan/Slav nations to the EU (Rom, Bul) and the needed investment from the EU can Scotland's own economy support itself?

The monies were paid back,and, I was given a non-custodial sentence by the court system in the UK. A community service order for 240 hours was given to me.
