Many in government believe that there can be a perfect system that can work. That precisely may not be the real case. Perhaps there cannot ever be a workable system in place. Instead of working with the latter conclusion and then agreeing upon to design and have in place a less-dangerous system in a progressive manner, we often go behind altruism and then fail miserably. Corruption may only be a symptom, the diagnosis may be something else.

Well, when the govt. has come to power by using corrupt methods like midndless alliances, it sure cannot SHOW control over them. Well, the alliances' demands for money and their notorious ways have to be put up with to maintain majority in the House.
Even within the major party, people come in to the party by various means so they cannot be let out lest they spoil the party's image.

Because its there in every part of the system and it cannot be controlled or removed unless the entire mass who accpets bribe is completely eradicated.
Stringent laws should be established to punish those who accept or who insists someone to pay bribe to perform his routine job or responsibility.
Surveillance cameras should be installed at every government offices and should be monitored by nominated body by public.

I'll say that govt itself is at the peak of corruption, there's nothing now that can be done with only plz n thnk u's.You got have some money in your pocket 2 get things done in your way. Moreover I guess our's is a democratic govt-made by the ppl,so eventually it is us who r corrupted as we follow wat happens blindly without any opposition. So,rather than correcting the govt. ppl like u n i need to check out ourselves and ppl around us on individual basis, then only can corruption be minimised in all depts.
