France? I thought Perle said in his book "An End to Evil" that France was an enemy!!

Who is Jew Perle, and Jew Frum I am curious is that their names? And what is a Canadain Frum, do you mean Frum is a Canadian? You need to look up the spelling of these peoples names and correct your question if you wish to have a decent intelligent answer?
