i recently got a speeding ticket for going 42 in a 30 while going down a hill. the conditions were fine and there were no school zone postings. i am planning on going to court to see if i can get it removed so do i have a good chance of winning? oh, and my court date is during the day onn finals week, is there a way i can change that date?

there open 7 days a week 24 hours aday and this is the problem,there thru the woods near my house and my mom and dads house,we cant sleep,the noise is so bad you can hear it 1 mile away,and the beeping sounds are so from the big trucks that crash there loads of pallets,i have to wear ear plugs to sleep,it bothers my mom who is every sickly and needs her rest,she goes to dialysis 3 days and week and is not well at all,the banging is so bad its has knocked stuff off my walls an made cracks in my ceilings,i have been there to ask them to tone it down and they just laff at me, and say leave , and we have a noice ordance in our town ,so what can be done , and they also are polluting a local creek by there plant

We were given a reasonn of WDM for going into war with Iraq, but to my suprise none has been found yet. The second reason is Iraq ties with Alqaeeda which has not been proven up to now.
UP to this time I did not see any progress in eradicating terrorism from the War in Iraq. Instead more terrorists are incubated and the gap has widened between world Muslims and Americans. Animosity has also grown to a very high degree. We are told lies over and over again that this war is justified we are winning, but I can really not see any progress. Innocent people are being killed everyday among which are weak women and children. Several operations with several names had been carried out in Baghdad but nothing has been achieved. Bush is strongly and loudly pronouncing the unseen success. To my view, this war is not a success and is not justified but I want to know about other's views on this..............

I was in the wrong place at the wrong time and the car that I was in was swarmed by the police. I was jerked out of the car and slammed on the ground. Now, not knowing what was going on I ask one of the cops whats going on. He in return smacked me in the lip with the hand with the gun in it. It busted, with a bruised cheek. I ask him his name and badge number and he refused to tell me. Now while all this was happening I was hand-cuffed on the ground, on my stomach. I have seen cops to other stuff to other people. I know people from other states who can tell a police "horror story". Where are the people who are surpose protect us. I'm discussed with the people I'm surpose to depend on to help me. Oh, the driver of the car had a warrent.

It is like teaching a child how to ride a bike. You have to let go of the bike sooner or later. The sad thing is the Republicans are teaching them how to ride a bike. All the sex with P.O.W.'s, kidnap, torture and killing they are pushing the children right in front of a freight train.

Did anyone see that documentary about Christians from Nancy Pelosi's daughter? It showed true Christianity and was hilariously making fun of how crazy they all are. Why can't Christians realize that there is no god, when you die, you just die, and stop trying to convert the rest of the world through violence and war? Thank god we finally elected some sensible people to Congress that will hopefully repeal some of the bizarre religious laws that were passed recently.

I've been seeing people saying things about Hillary Clinton running in the presidential elections in 2008. In a question that Hillary herself asked (which is unrelated), some people said they were "looking forward to voting for Hillary in '08".

Is this just a rumor or is she really planning to run?
