I've been seeing people saying things about Hillary Clinton running in the presidential elections in 2008. In a question that Hillary herself asked (which is unrelated), some people said they were "looking forward to voting for Hillary in '08".

Is this just a rumor or is she really planning to run?

Now that I know she's definitely running(thank you for you're rude comments about how I don't pay attention, by the way), is she going to take place in the Democrat party or will a male candidate be running for Democrats too?

She has announced that she is "In it for the win." I believe that is her slogan. So far according to most polls she is the front runner on the democratic side. She will use her husband's popularity and knowledge to help her along the way.

To answer your second question, ( and I do agree some people are rude probably just ignorant), there will be several people trying to get through the primaries on both sides, once the winner is voted in, one from each party, they will be the ones running against each other to become president and so far I haven't heard of any other woman trying to run. Looks like she may be running against Barak Obama so far to get through to the top on the dem side.

Hillary Clinton will run on the Democratic ticket as will many other Democrats. The Democratic candidate for President will be decided at the Democratic National Convention. Hope this answer was helpful to you.

Either she or Obama Barack will get the democratic nomination to run. So she may, but so far it's kinda looking like Obama might take it.

Yes, I think I read it on Saturday. She said that she is in it to win it! I really hope that is the case.

So she has definitely made an official announcement.
