if a person is giving advice and he is trying to change that persons character after some time the character of that person may change but the advicer is supposing to have that character why

I think I understand the question!
Character is developed over months & years of a person's life by many things including behaviors they see around them, their morals, their sense of right & wrong, how they are brought up & the examples they assimilate, & many other life experiences & how a person reacts to them.
If I damage someone's property but noone sees me do I just leave or take responsibility? I address people more senior to me w sir or maam might be an example of good character to many.
Showing proper respect where its due is an indication of good character. Paying/handling responsibilities instead of blaming another or ignoring.
Character is built over time , but can be destroyed by one act if severe enough. Usually advice is not going to build character.
If I tell you it's sign of respect to stand when a judge enters court, & you stand., you've learned something that shows character, but that doesn't mean you have character just because you stood up that one time.

the change in the character of a person depends on his character, mentality. A person who believes in values and ehtics will follow what he preaches. Some people like politicians think that advice is only advicing people but not for them to follow. They preach many but follow none. why because they have no belief in what they are saying.
they try to cheat or mis lead the people by their words.
We can also judge the character of a person depending on his gender, age, position, designation etc.Some times the character of a person changes due to prevailing circumstances.

None of the youngsters born in this world as evil charecter.The surroundings only change the charecter of the person.so,first we will give all facilities to our people.because of this we can avoid some illegal problems.I thing the cinema is changing the charecter.So,avoid this problem,the sensar board check the film sincerly .

all problems occur due to charecter

This is my word that the people living there were poor and they are living under some big people and people who are big they are encouraging them into the tertoist side and they are giving food and helping their family. When they are under big people what they say they belive it and do what they say and do it. I am true that when there was no poor people and when the people who studied and they should get sum job if we do it we can get aviod from and we can give a message to them we are here to u for you to help u
