It should BE remembered, the MEAN-SPIRITEDNESS OF the Carter Administration, when it [was suggested] to the U.S. Government, that there ought be some "Marshal Plan" -put in-place, -to assist 'The Peoples' Republic', "Get-up Off the Canvas"; but Carter meanly goes DOWN -in the History Books -as stating: "We were ALL hurt -in the Vietnam Conflict"! ....Eh?
Hard to believe, -eh? Agent Orange despoiled a once thriving, lush agricultural Land; their Capital City, Hanoi 'checker-bombed' under the orders OF a U.S. Leader,
