Our central govt's apointed a separete Election commission dept.
Their are some several guidelines for campaign . but, we our political leaders are nt follows. It is dificult matter in our large countries. in any matter of campaign our police person authority
helps the local political leaders. we have seen several states in india's, at the time of campaign -the mudder , corruption ,anty violence has been presented by the ruling party- to dominate
the other opposition parties. All political leaders are not follows
the guidelines of ELECTION COMMISSIONER .
IT WILL CANNOT REMOVE IN OUR COUNTRY,

That would be just a perspective, rather than rules controlling us and our society, we need to control our acts. Rules do make a difference, but it would be no good unless they are implemented the way they are supposed to be.
Probably rules are not that bad. It's just that they don't get implemented by us.
