I signed one with an online real estate school/corp. then my situation changed in just about every way you could think of. I needed out. I need the money paid refunded and the charges on the credit card cleared. I'm overdrawn at the bank, needing to move, self- employed but looking. I really don't think I can handle more in my life now. I had only been signed up for about a week when I requested a termination. They refused. When I explained the situation they said "they couldn't refund, because I might be lying to them." I had just about backed out within the 72 hours too. They are really persuasive. Just signing with out checking, espicially for a huge expense is not me, but I had also not slept in about 3 days. Can anyone throw me a rope? I need out of this hole I dug! Thanks

Let me first say that I am a Bush hater. Let me also say that I'm posting this after having watched only the speech - I haven't seen or read any of the spin.

I was intrigued by his comments about heath care and social security. I think this proposed tax deduction for health insurance is interesting. I want to know more, but it's an interesting proposal.

I also agree with him about a temp. worker program and the idea that border patrol needs to be looking for drug dealers not people wanting to work.

His environmental ideas are interesting and ambitions.

I strongly disagree with his idea to send 20K more troops to Iraq, but at the same time I appreciate that he took the time to actually outline his plan. It's probably his most frank discussion on the war.

I give him a big thumbs up for calling for a reduction in budget ear marks.

Bush is definitely getting better at public speaking. The speech had some interesting ideas. Will the follow through be there.

What was your experience? Is it always in favor of the lady? How can you become free from a woman who is mean and cruel and you haven't talked to her in 3 years but she won't leave and just makes threats!? Already talked to a lawyer...he was not clear...I am looking for people to share their personal stories to give me some ideas so if I go to lawyer again, I can see if these ideas will work for me. I don't want my family to be hurt by this woman - she keep us prisoner in our house - not even her place...but if we ask her to leave she threatens us...not sure what to do.

This is certainly news to me! I bet it is news to many who had no idea that if they lived outside of Canada for a certain number of years, including their 24th birthday, they have lost their Canadian citizenship. Apparently, many are only finding this out now as they are applying for their first-time passports! Unbelievable! I never would have dreamed this!

I was just wondering why are people with dogs not understanding to other people feelings. Like the other day I was coming into my house and one of the neighbor had 2 pitbulls loose playing around while he was talking to friends. Now me I am terrified of dogs especially big dogs. I tried to act like I wasn't sfraid but when I saw the dog running up to me I had to go the other way.

Why do people do that? They act as if everyone like dogs and no one are afraid of them when in reality people are? I really hate big dogs I can't stand them. I had a bad experience when i was younger. I didn't get bitten but I am scarred by it. I understand people like them but I feel show some respect for others have your dog on a lease. Isn't that a law or something?
We had a problem like that once before but there were stry dogs running around my neighborhood and they took care of it. All I want is for them to be more considerate of others. What can I do? To tell you the truth I was about to call the cop
