What was your experience? Is it always in favor of the lady? How can you become free from a woman who is mean and cruel and you haven't talked to her in 3 years but she won't leave and just makes threats!? Already talked to a lawyer...he was not clear...I am looking for people to share their personal stories to give me some ideas so if I go to lawyer again, I can see if these ideas will work for me. I don't want my family to be hurt by this woman - she keep us prisoner in our house - not even her place...but if we ask her to leave she threatens us...not sure what to do.

sweetie.....u can do 2 things.........practically throw her out of the house....i mean......u must be at least 3-4 ppl pick her.....throw her n her luggage out n slam the door n this time u threaten her tht if she comes back....u'll kill her.........or go to the cops n report physical n mental abuse
