What are the legal aspects of this in regards to dog containment. My neighbor has no fenced yard and on occasions he has let his dog crap on my yard and im sick of it. The dog also pisses in my bushes. Ive tried to talk to him about it but he told me ive got problems, if thats all im worried about. I've also seen his dog(Irish Setter) without a leash running around the yard, and wandering in my yard. Can the police do anything or is it a waste of my time to notify them? What legally can I do? Thank you

Well, I must admit, George W. Bush even surprised me last night, what confidence and leadership he exuded. In my opinion, he is the best president in history, so far.

There seems to be a bit of a macho culture when it comes to moaning about, or even destroying, speed cameras. Surely people are missing the point. The cameras are only enforcing the law. If you think you can travel safely at higher speeds then why not petition government to raise the maximum speed limits? Most of these limits are decades old and probably should be updated. Instead most people choose to focus there anger on an inanimate object. Why?

Do I have the legal right to contest my foster Mothers will?
I have been raised by a foster family since age three...I now care for the foster mother and live with her to that end...She has one other child by birth....I am considered a member of the family by all including family friends and church members.

At the time of mother's death, her real son will be named executor of her estate...He is said to inherit the whole of the estate, and if he does not survive to inherit, his wife receives one third and the rest is to be equally divided amongst her grand children.

I would like to know, since I was never legally adopted, but I was raised by them, do I have a right, or even stand a chance, at contesting the will?

I know what the will says and according to it I was not named as a Son or even a child...Rather I was named as a friend, and in the event of my brothers death before Mother should go, I would only receive a share with the three grand children.

Do I have grounds as a foster Son to contest?

That's the only way my question would post. Is it public knowledge that anyone legal or not can purchase a lifelike SS card for $300 and use it for food stamps, to get an ID, to get a job, etc? Legals use them for tax evasion. All companies have to say is that is the information they were given by the applicant and they are in the clear. Just wanted to know if everyone was aware of that?

Until the Muslim community puts more effort into denouncing terrorism sanctioned by Muslims, their complaints to the Fox network about being portrayed as terrorists on the fictional TV show “24” should fall on deaf ears.

bible when they swore him in that he was a demon and the man in revelations with the Blue turbin that Nostradamas wrote about? What a yarn? That is funny? Who knows anything about him?
Not really right? Oh my do you think it is possible? Just curious? ha ha The irony is that is a little bit of a fanatic isn't it? Not putting your hand on the bible, why not? Then he has a double standard right? Or is he a fanatic too. He should have brought his own bible then right?

I am not talking about communism, where the government owns everything and dishes out the scraps to the people. I am talking about the people themselves owning stock in all businesses directly and instead of trading (which would not be legal, hypothetically) the people get to vote on hiring and firing managers, board members and CEO's and on whether or not they want to close down a business, sell it to another country or open up a new business. Generally speaking no individual would be allowed to own a business unless it was owned by everyone equally. The theory is that public things (such as businesses) would be handled by the public and private things (such as your own privacy, liberty and personal affairs) would be handled by the individual. Before you scream MARXISM, this is different because everything else would stay exactly the same otherwise, you could own as much real estate as you want, you could still make alot more money than other people and be a success, etc..
