When Bush mentioned victory in Iraq the Democrats sat still in their chairs making it obvious to the enemy that the majority of our congress doesn't want to win. That action emboldens the enemy and will inspire them to attack more, driving up the death toll and further weaken the morale of our troops. Bush stated his committment to victory, it was the other side of the aisle who wants to make this a black spot on the history of our country.
