Until the Muslim community puts more effort into denouncing terrorism sanctioned by Muslims, their complaints to the Fox network about being portrayed as terrorists on the fictional TV show “24” should fall on deaf ears.

yeah but it wont will it??? they'll kick up such a bloody fuss they'll end up axeing it or something (please god no!!!!) It would of been like us brits kicking up a fuss when the terrorist in it was english (season 3 i think)
I'm sick of all this political correctness crap and its funny how its always the same bunch kicking up a fuss.

Why don't American citizens denounce the terrorism of the Bush administration. Until the citizens of the United States put more effort into denouncing terrorism sanctioned by the American Government, we can expect more comtempt and resistance in the larger world. 24 is just a TV drama.

You are correct in the latter half, i am not sure i would say that your conditional that until the mainstream Muslim community starts to denounce terrorism.. is correct.
The truth is that no one should care that they are offended by the tv show, it's just another example of political correctness run wild.
I have been amazed for years why it is that no one is allowed to say or do anything that is even perceived to be offensive to Muslims, seems a bit extremist to me, especially given the reaction to these perceived, but not necessarily existent, offenses

Even if Muslims dont denounce terrorism, some of their extremists promote terrorism. This cause the TV producers pick them as the potrayer of terrorists on their films.

The West call it "terrorism"; the Islamic world don't see it as "terrorism" - they lump it under the fight against oppression like US support of Israel in suppressing the Palestinians; and the Christian West against the Islamic world. They don't give a hoot when civilians are blown up in Madrid, Bali or New York because they read and hear about US, UK, Israeli troops killing Arab, muslim civilians via their own state media, etc.
