I think U want to join the army. 4 this u will have 2 answer the UPSC written exam. If u clear it , the Service Selection Board will call u for the interview & medical checkup. If sucessful,u will b told 2 join the IMA at Dehradun.Please log in at the SSBwebsite

I do not know what exactly is the problem with your father's case. Did you seek the help of Ex-servicemen's Welfare Board. If it proved to be of no avail, you must address a representation to the President of India, who is the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. You may effectively use the Right to Information Act for obtaining the necessary information regarding the denial of pension to your father. If nothing materialises, you may file a writ petition, before the concerned High Court, invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
