If you don't say something positive then don't answer the question, It's not hard. Be a democrat, not a hate monger like Democrats claim republicans to be.

My best friend has been taken to jail last night. Can someone only get him out after he has seen a judge? What actions can be taken to get him out as soon as possible? He was charged for tresspassing after his mother and him got in a fight and called te police to put a tresspassing law against him. He was unaware of this and went into his own house and got arrested. How would I go about getting him out of jail?

it seems to me like there's a lack of basic reverence for human worth coming from America, unless those lives be American, or more generally, Western.

I know it's not true for all Americans but it seems prevalent enough to me to freak me out.

Last weekend I had some drinks with some friends, and came home a little tipsy, but not trashed. I locked my keys in the house, and had to climb through the window. I knocked over the Christmas tree, and soon after, the landlord who lives next door in the same building, (It’s a duplex) calls, and says I’m getting a restraining order on you Tuesday. So I go to her door, and knock on the door to ask her why, and she’s on the phone with the cops saying “he’s coming in”, and slams the door. Needless to say the cops come, and talk to me, and tell me that she’s got a tape recorder, and if she calls again, I’m getting charged with harassment. I tell them my story, and they say I know she’s a bit crazy, but you heard what I said. So, I slammed the door shut. Seconds later the landlord calls and says “Your girlfriend left you didn’t she”, “She’s not coming home”, the cops were still out front talking, so I brought the phone out with her still talking and handed it to the cop, and said listen she’s harassing me. The cop took the phone hung up, and arrested me for Public Intoxication. I plan on taking this to trial. Did I do anything wrong to deserve that? And what do I need to bring to court to win this case.

Over the holidays, people in Nebraska and Colorado were hit with back-to-back ice storms in which the destruction equalled that of a category 5 hurricane. Thousands of people were and still are w/o heat, running water, etc., and are stranded inside and outside of their homes. Not to mention the deaths. This storm has caused millions of dollars of damage. My question is why hasn't the media covered this story as extesnsively as they covered (and still are covering) Katrina? Why weren't the people of these states out there demanding FEMA come and help them. Where was the robbing, raping and looting, and murdering? Why weren't the people out there blaming the gov't for this disaster?

Appreciate intelligent answers from all you ladies and gentlemen across the USA...

Congress cannot reverse last week's decision to send 21,000 more troops to Iraq, President Bush said in an interview intended to rally popular support for his plan.

"Frankly, that's not their responsibility," Bush said in an interview on the CBS News program "60 Minutes," which aired Sunday.

"It's my responsibility to put forward the plan that I think will succeed. I believe if they start trying to cut off funds, they better explain to the American people and the soldiers why their plan will succeed," the president said.

Asked if he believes that he, as commander-in-chief of the armed forces, has the authority to order troops to Iraq in the face of congressional opposition, Bush said, "In this situation, I do, yeah."

"I fully understand they could try to stop me from doing it," he said. "But I made my decision, and we're going forward."

He said Iraqis should be thankful for all the United States has done for them since the invasion nearly four years ago.

"I think I am proud of the efforts we did," Bush said

the war lords had total control for 15 years untill 6 months ago . now aparently al "CIA" da are in the country , U.S air strikes end up killing over 30 goat hurders who were minding there own buisness and find them selves in millions of little pieces . the ethiopian troops come in and are basicly starting to put the warlords back in power . its against U.S interests to have any democracy there ,billions in oil and the rest of there natural resources .

so now america can attack any country that has al queda in it unless the country can fight back is that not the case????
