Given that drug policy has little to do with the mortality rates of drugs, the real terrorists would be those who are responsible for the most carnage. Those are the tobacco and alcohol producers.

The war on drugs has been and will be a complete failure until some form of legalization occurs. There is just too much money to be made on the street with the way it stands now. So what difference does it make how they are charged. You can put a cap in their a** and there will be two other people to take their place.

No way, two total seperate types of criminals. A terrorist is taught to kill, and promote violence, a drug dealer, some anyways are just selling it to supply their own habits. I don't think you can even put the two in the same catagory. We would not have so many dealers, if the goverment would provide proper treatment for addicts, instead of jail terms, then the dealers would have less people to sell to.

Whatever it takes to lock them away for a while.
The way to win the war on drugs is to eliminate demand. Punish users and dealers heavily. No demand no product.

I've never touched a single illegal drug in my life, but I think many of them should just be legalized. The war on drugs causes more trouble than it's worth.

why do people think of punishment as the only way to teach someone a lesson, there are also some other methods like teaching people not to do drugs as it harms their health and besides what are those schools where people are locked up and taught how to behave well and also get training for some work.
Its better teaching someone something good and leading him in to the right way in a right manner.
what do you think?!

They should definitely be prosecuted to the highest extent but they cannot be considered terrorists because their clients come to them and pay them for self destruction.
