why are Americans so gullible,and sit back and not even care for their country,?

as Americans we have the most to lose than almost anycountry on earth, our freedom, our wealth, our wayof life , yet very few people will even bother to investigate what direction our country is going nor do the try to read history etc, we were handed the best constitution in the world yet how many people have read it?or the bill of right? how many people know what our lawmakers have been doing to destroy our constitution and to enslave our people?
for example,
1 who owns our monetary system?
2 who owns our news media, and T,V, STATIONS?
3 what are those peoples agenda?
4 what is being done to enslave us
5 who are the real masters , tell tell our president , rep
what. and when to use the toilet?
6 what effect does this have on me?
7 what can I do about it ?
8 are there any organizations to join to fight these laws, policies?
9 are these policies and laws just , neccessary,?
10 do I really care about my family and their future?

did youknow our forefathes warned us of complacency, and to always be vigilent of our policy makers , gov, who will be our worst enemy? so if you care about America and for what it stands for please get involved , before it is to late, don't ever think you can;t do any thing , as there is plenty you can do, if you are with a group of like minded people, you don't haft to agree or like these people , but, some famous person once stated ( your enemy is my enemy ) meaning lets froget our differences until we defeat our worst enemy

I hear you - AMEN! Keep plugging away though. You've got to keep trying to awaken people's minds to what's happening here (and every else to for that matter). Our founding fathers knew what their single most difficult task would be - to create a system of government that tied down and shackled the central government from it's tendency to expand (at freedoms cost). Well, it didn't work. It took a long time, but it's crumbling now. That's why, more than ever, you have to keep waking people up to what's happening and don't lose faith and give up. People eventually will wake up from their stupor and fight for their rights.

The neo-libs are using a three prong attack of fear, hatred, and bread and circus. They will scare us about Mexicans and Muslims, they will make us hate each other, Bush, and our own country, and those that slip through the cracks, will be bread and circused to marginality.

Because we have all been programed to have a Welfare Mentality.
We set around with our hands out, wanting the Government to take care of us from the "womb to the tomb".
We are all guilty, except some real hard-core conservatives & libertarians.
(Rush has been saying the same things for years that you just listed. And many rich & powerful people hate him for speaking out.)

i don't care what different international locations think of roughly AmeriKKKa. This u . s . bites! i've got been unemployed for months now and my well being is deteriorating and guess what? i don't have well being care. Screw this u . s .... i could be plenty happier residing an ordinary existence in Mexico, Costa Rica, Cuba, Morocco, or everywhere in South u.s..

I think many Americans are too lazy to care. It might be fair to say that less than 20% and even more depressing, less than 1% care enough to do anything about it.
