If you don't say something positive then don't answer the question, It's not hard. Be a democrat, not a hate monger like Democrats claim republicans to be.

Well, if you don't mind, I'll answer the question the way I see fit, and not the way you want me too...I hope that is still legal. If you had decided to ask this question in a week where Bush wasn't AGAIn ignoring everything the bi partisan congress puts forward, it may be easier to answer this question positively. All I can say is i am POSITIVE he has no interest in the will of the american poeple or their elected officials, and has decided again to act unilaterallt in this war, which he has already admitted that he has made mistakes. How am i supposed to feel positive about a president who has screwed up in many ways (self admittedly) but STILL thinks he is right and everyone else is wrong? Give me a break

Can I answer? I'm neither a Democrat or a Republican. Both parties leave a lot to be desired.

Hmmmm... I bet he throws a great BBQ. I'd like to party with him even though I don't like his politics. I bet he's a lot of fun at a baseball game too. He's definately funny though some of that humor is unintentional on his part.

i've given this some thought but i should point out that i have never supported him.

lets see, he weakened very important parts of the clean air & clean water acts, making it much easier for companies to pollute even more harmful toxins into our environment

he made it so we can drill in alaska, even though the reserve there wouldn't satisfy ten years of our insatiable appetite for oil and gas (and the fact that, given our planetary warmup, we won't be able to reach that area by truck anymore, so waste)

he pulled the US out of the Kyoto Protocol, a world wide effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, of which the US contributes about a third

he removed logging and no-road safeguards on ancient forests (some trees are 2000 years old, making them the closest thing to immortality the world will ever know)

he involved us in a pointless war over oil, forced a regime change, gave up looking for the man truly responsilbe for 9/11

he personally has allowed the killing of hundreds of thousands of middle eastern peoples and british and american soldiers

he has put us so far in debt that our grandchildren will still be paying it off

and, oh yes, he made our schooling system's funding dependent on test scores, so now our children are merely taught how to take tests.

i have more but its pointless cause i'm getting anywhere (toward answering our question, i mean)

i fail to see anything to like

He has been a virtual wellspring of political humor, and has uttered more malapropisms than any president or legislator in US history.

The foremost political comedians on the planet - men like Will Durst or Lewis Black - basically admit that Bush does their writing for them.

Granted, everyone had fun with Willy and Daddy Bush, but Dubya has provided us with more dark humor than any predecessor.

President George Bush is an accomplished man.

He graduated Yale, flew fighter jets and ran a successful major league baseball team.

He was governor of Texas and was re-elected by a wide margin.

He won acclaim from liberals for his ability to work with them.

It wasn't until he reached the poisoned air of Washington DC and the National Liberal Biased Media that he suddenly became the liberals favorite enemy.

Now that he is facing the insanity from liberals on a daily basis, it is more evident than ever that he is a great President.

I'm sorry, but about the only thing positive I can think of abut Bush as president is that we have limited terms of office. I hope he's nice to animals or something, but nothing I know of.

I'm optimistic that he'll be gone in two more years.

I'm optimistic that the verdict of history will NOT vindicate him,a s he believes.

I'm even slightly optimistic that he'll stop lettign Dick Cheney tell him what to do, given the track record of that advice. But he IS a bit of a slow learner.

He likes baseball, and he made average grades in school and partied hard, just like most people. The best thing is this, only a short time til he is out of office!

He's been reading alot lately, and there's always the chance of something useful being learned, and Oh! yeah! he's been spending at a pretty good rate, that's good from a liberal point of view,I guess..EDIT..You ask for a positive,I give two,and get a thumbs down, what's up with the inability to distinguish an accurate answer,(perhaps bias, keeps getting in the way)
