I've got a little problem. I want to press charges on account of agrivated assault, threating to kill and attempted murder on somebody and everyone I know aren't quite sure if I should do it. It's because I should love my enemies and not sentence them to prison. He stabbed me on October the 27th of this year and I REALLY need help. As a result to his "wrongdoings" I've had night-mares or insomnia for 3 week intervals. I've gon completely insane, I'm totally paranoid and I need your help! What should I do?

They are both in the past, but one side thinks it's OK to bring up the election fiasco when they're out of an arguement, but then say "leave President Clinton alone, because it was over 6 years ago"?

If we want amnesty, we should not have favortism of one country over another. If the Mexicans and Canadians want in, then all 6 billion people on earth should be able to come in. Lets immigrate until we are literaly living butt cheek to but cheek. No more home sick unclaves.

I have never been on a site like Yahoo answers before and have never really chatted on the computer before other than email. My overwhelming feeling is that all the Bush bashers seem to be kids that are in college that have not ever had a job and are getting a free ride in college. The new word that people seem to use all the time is Neocon or troll. Aparantley these are put downs aimed at normal Americans. I have yet to hear a bright idea from any of these children about how they would handle terrorism. Alot of them even say Bush crashed the airplanes into the buildings. They apear to be very spoiled children that have had either stupid parents or very poor schooling. Any thoughts?

Charges were dropped on a sexual abuser because the DA said he could not rely on the testimony of a four year old in the court room even though in her video taped forensic interview she gave EXTREAMLY EXPLICIT DETAILS. I have also been told this can not be used against him in family court because charges were dropped and there will be no punishment unless another "incident" occurs and she is older and can testify reliably in a court room. I even asked who testifies if she is dead. The pervert is her father and I need to know what I can legally do to keep him out of her life forever. Any suggestions?
