It depends on where you are. It is usually just a token amount, less than what most people make a day.

I don't remember the base pay I got for Federal jury duty, but I did get extra for mileage and for parking. (That would be the same throughout the United States.)
Other jury duty pay varies not only from state to state, but in some states it varies from county to county as well.

I was on Jury Duty for 2wks & it took me 1 month from the day it was over to collect & I got paid $250 plus my job had 2 pay me as well it's the law if your on Jury Duty you just show them the paperwork & they gotta give you time off for the Trial.

Depends on your area. Sometimes you dont get paid crap! Depending on your job, you will get paid to be on jury duty!
