I believe my postman may be stealing my x-mas cards. Each year, my grandmother sends me a crisp 100.00 bill, and for the past two years I did not receive it. I receive all of my other cards, however those cards only contain x-mas greetings and no cash. Coincidently, my other brothers and sisters have not received their x-mas cards the last two years either. My grandmother INSISTS she sent them to us all, however none of us got them. Should I contact someone at the post office? I find it hard to believe that postmen in 4 different states could be in on this conspiracy, but it needs to stop!!!

My brother owns a bar…its actually one of the nicer ones in the state. We have some of the top local bands playing and is really a hot spot among people who attend happy hours. Well, last week my brother noticed sales of alcohol were WAY down one night even though the place was PACKED. Upon investigation, our bathroom attendant notified us that some customer started a false rumor of a DWI checkpoint outside the bar while in the bathroom. Apparently, this rumor spread so quickly that the band even made an announcement notifying all the people there to 'be prepared' We guesstimate this rumor cost the bar close to ten thousand dollars. We have a good idea of who spreaded this horrible rumor and want to sue him in a court of law for lost income…our bathroom attendant can identify him…do we have a case?

It seems to me that not all humanoids are created equal. I'll be called a racist for stating a verifiable fact, but it seems to me that the most intelligent people are either Asian or Caucasian. You rarely hear of a black person discovering anything or inventing anything complex, or developing a formula or something. And if that is the case, and is verifiable that both the Asian and the Caucasian races have an imbedded IQ advantage, so why would Asians or Caucasians even want to mix genetics with blacks? It really makes no sense and seems to me that forcing a mixture through media propaganda and government rules, is only designed to either degrade a percentage of the known more intelligent or the concept is to attempt to raise the genetic capacity of the black gene pool.

What are your thoughts? All I have said except the very last, is verifiable fact so please focus on the question. Thank you.

He has claimed that if we do not adopt the "Virgil Goode" stance on immigration, that we would have many more Muslims in office. If in fact more Muslims were elected, that is the choice of the voters. Or does this man propose taking away the frnchise from anyone who would "vote Muslim?" Get real! i was driving last night with a few of my friends. the cop pulled me over because i did an illegal lane change. apparently i was in a turn lane and moved out of the turn lane without signaling which makes sence because i was not from that area and me and my friends were a little turned around trying to find a certain IHOP. about an hour before we left i had like a beer and a half. my friends all had a bit more but i knew i was going to be driving so i made sure i did not drink that much. im 18 and the friends i had in the car were 17. i had a breathalizer reading of .021 n they both had about a .06. the cop told me he was going to give me a break n only give me illegal possession of alcohol. plus the ticket for illegal lane change. i know i am very lucky for this happening however does anyone know the maximum charge i will be facing in court? with just the cop giving me illegal possession of alcohol? (givin the actual situation)

What does the character evaluation of the bar evaluate? I have never been in trouble with the law or anything like that, but I don't have the best of credit. What does the check and questions entail? Thanks for any info. If it matters, I live in Utah and will be sitting for the bar next year.

I've downloaded a basic Last Will and Testament form that's valid in my state. I'm trying to figure out how to phrase that should my husband predecease me, I want my estate to go to my nieces and nephews -- some of which are 'step' -- and some of which are not yet born!

I only have 2 brothers - do I just list "any and all children of John and Jack Doe, including those not yet born, by birth or marriage??"

Is there a boilerplate phrase for this? Everything I think of is clunky or I'm afraid it's not what I'm trying to say or might leave a loophole. Thanks!

Why do people hate illegal aliens so much? Immigrants? My mom is an illegal alien, and although you may not even want to read this, just hear me out. My mom has been here for 15 years, trying to get her residency, not even her citizenship. The only reason my moms came here, was to give birth to me, and allow me to have a better life. I know that sometimes she may have her regrets about coming here. But she did it for me, and I love my moms. She came here, because it truly is a better world. But with so much discrimination, this almost perfect world, is torn apart. Immigrants are humans too, with feelings. And although you may not realize it, they suffer everyday. My mom misses her home, and she can't leave the USA, because if she does, they won't allow her back in. Think about it...being away from home...for 15 years. Doesn't that count for something. We are so blinded by our arrogance, that now, we even want a wall. To prevent people to live better lives. Are we animals?

I went to a gas station the other night in Michigan and was charged almost a dollar more than the advertised price for a pack of cigarettes....I know that there is a law about that somthing about getting 5% back but I am not too clear on the whole thing, if someone knows about that could you please inform me of the rest? thank you

Thier only other experience was in Latin American countries, So in effect they are saying that policies on race, humanity, civil rights and so forth are more evolved in thier home countries, such as Mexico, Peru, El Salvador etc, are they out of thier minds

When exactly are those satanic politicians going to approve the draft? And will it affect women too, will they get drafted into the war as well as men? How about only-children? Someone else posted a question on the subject. What would happen w/ an all out war; Russia vs China? And what would lead up to this event?

They both have outdated weapons, but Russia has Nuclear Weapons. So does China but Russia has 17,000 and China has 130. But Russias havent been looked at in 30 years so who knows if theyll even work. They both have great militarial numbers; just not technology.

Like the other person stated, China has been settling on Russian land and calling it their own. Something else, besides power and land dispute, that might cause these countries to go to war might be N Korea and the Middle East. Where does Russia stand on N Korea and if war was to break out w/ the Middle East against the US, Israel, and European nations; whos side would they take?

So..

-China vs Russia, who would win and why?
-Where does Russia stand in the Middle East and on N Korea?
-What else might start this war?
