For the immigrants that are already in the u.s.a
they can receive professional training(engineering, construction,etc.) they can get 4 years of training and after that be sent back to there home country where they can do communtiy work such help build houses for the poor!

...... Chinese people are currently settling on Russian soil because of room issues in china. Do you think China is planning a '"part capture of Russian soil", the part thats closer to them? If this happens i think the chinese army will be Obliterated by the russians because the mass of the Russian army is greater then the chinese.... Anyway leave your feedback. Incompetent judges and the like are continually re elected due to the American public voting a straight party. Americans are just too lazy to do research on each individual before casting a vote. Should straight party voting be abolished? If a judge gets 7 votes, then we tally those 7 votes. Do you agree?

almost one year ago my dogs got out of the house because my son didnt get the door shut. one week ago my husband got a call from a lady in illinois (we live in indiana) saying that she found one of them. she took him to the vet and they ran his chip and gave her the option of whether or not to call us. we let her keep picasso but i was wondering if the vet was supposed to call us. my female border collie is still missing and im hoping that this is not what happened in her case. i would love to see her come home. so once again is the vet supposed to legally call you if your pet has been found
