I have to write a minite document for our committee and I really done know where to start. I have never prepared one and I need your help so I will know how to write one and not feel stupit at it.

Most associations use Robert's Rules of Order as their guidelines. Pick up a copy and it lays out minutes.

And make sure you use spell check! This does become a legal document, and a secretary should be able to spell!
