actually his chances are good if he able to talk to the board well and/or write a good letter. depending on the crime, they would rather have people spend their whole sentence, on parole and undere supervision, than to release them early so they have the opportunity to supervise and make sure during the whole sentence they are behaving. Good luck.

BEING THAT HE'S A SECOND OFFENDER THE BOARD MIGHT LOOK TO SLAP HIM A LITTLE MAYBE 6 MONTH'S. BUT EVERY BOARD IS DIFFERENT AND IT'S ONLY SPECULATION AS TO WHAT THEY MAY DO. AS LONG AS YOUR HUSBAND KEEPS THE SITUATION POSITIVE HE HAS A SHOT. TO TELL YOU THE TRUTH THEY ALMOST ALWAYS HAVE THEIR MINDS MADE UP BEFORE THEY SEE THE INMATE. THE WORST THAT COULD HAPPEN IS THAT THEY MAX HIM OUT THE BEST THAT COULD HAPPEN IS THEY RELEASE HIM ON TIME. EXPECT THE WORST PRAY FOR THE BEST. GOOD LUCK

it really depends if he did everything they think he suppose to, second if he has gone to shrink if he has improve there. It also depends on the parole board.
