My very close friend was charged with a crime recently & used her sister in law's identity.She has warrants & was trying 2 avoid going 2jail, which she did successfully 4the time being...but that will backfire obviously. Anyway Im close with BOTH of them but im finding it hard 2have a place in this situation.... She says that she is going 2own up 2 what she's done but she's afraid of what consequences she'll face now, and how is this going 2haunt her sister-in-law even after she does have it straightened out? What steps does she take & what will she face now...? Im stuck in a situation that im really uncomfortable with & Im having a hard time even deciding what advice is the best advice 2 give her...? Any insight in2 this matter from some1 who might have some knowledge on it is appreciated. Thanks in advance

If you are convicted of a misdeameanor, can you be summoned for jury duty?? Not necessarily be on a jury, but be sent the jury duty papers??

in a pointless war you should not be risking your lives in. afghanistan is the only theatre the US should be in. Iraq isnt. Apart from upset our leaders Dad, give me one good reason we should be there (and for frigs sake dont mention 9/11 and show your ignorance). And if you mention you are doing it because of WMD's. Then please explain what the US is intending to do about North Korea which we KNOW has WMD's.

November 2006 finds one Muslim elected to US Congress refusing to take oath on Bible. One female Muslim refuses to have drivers' license picture taken without veil in Florida. She doesn't get drivers' license. Why are we letting so many of these people in and letting them get in positions of power if we are unsure of their intentions? We expect our government to stand up for us and WE elect idiots like this Congressman to office? WE are the ones selling them all our businesses and patronizing their stores. What are WE doing to stop them?

I have property by "Grant Deed" from my Dad & Mom, 7 years ago.
Now, I'm living with My wife, Mom & Dad.
They love my wife because I saw my wife is a good person, nice and respect Us.
I planning to make" A Will" if I die someday, "My Wife as beneficiary of property" and as "a life estate My Mom & Dad, to protect them"
