Socialism has a basic flaw, and does not work well as we have tried. However this is not a difficult thing to overcome. The solution is simple; we get people out of power.

To fix this, we must work to design and build an all knowing, all seeing, super computer. We must give this computer full control of our lives. This includes: traffic, economy, forigen affairs, police action, ECT. This computer would not have our nature, and would be able to run a socialist community correctly and not become corrupt.

Just think, a glorious nation run with the pureaty and logic of a computer, and yet still have the heart of the people. This perfect government would not be like anything before it. I would name this system “Logical Socialist Decision” or LSD. This system could greatly improve any nation and help the world. We should all do our part to get all the nations to run on LSD. This is the perfect system, socialism with no corruption.

My dad had a son in his previous marriage, and the relations between us and my stepbrother are not good. My dad is worried that when he and my mom pass, that my stepbrother will try to come after the money he leaves for us. My dad wants to give me and my sibling all the money, but we're worried that my stepbroter will try to get a share of it. My dad wants to know if there's any way he can protect against this. beng a drug addict is a moral failing and crime..unless your a conservative radio show host. standing tall for americans is firing them from their jobs and moving said job to india. the best way to improve military morale is to praise them to the media, but slash veteran benifits. group sex is a degenerate sin unless you someday run for gov. as a republican in california or you get caught in a back ally. saddahm was a good guy when regan armed him; a bad guy when bush's daddy made war on him; a good guy when cheny did business with him, and a bad guy when bush needed a devirsion from osama. a president lying about extrimarital affairs is an impeachable offence, but lying to enlist support for a war where thousands will die is a solid defence policy. so, i guess my question is why are republicans slamming liberals on yahoo answers?

we have had problems with my step son who is 5 doing inapropriate things to my girls 5 and 3. we confronted her before over this and she decided to turn us in before we turned her in. well she got cought in a lie and is going through court for false report of a offense. this weekend i caught him doing things again and i am getting very annoyed with this. what do you think i should do. i know his mom has been caught screwing around with guys with the kid in the same room. but the stuff he says and does looks like he's been watching porn! should i confront her or turn her in to dcfs. with all the court stuff going on i don't want to screw things up. she needs to pay for what she did to us and i don't want to make it seem like i am getting her back for doing it to us but i do have a reason to report her right?

does anyone know how to obtain a J1 two years home residency waiver under the no objection option? and what is the maximum amount of sponsorship that makes the waiver difficult in the case of the applicant to grand?.I already spend a year in my home country and im still ahaid another year until the oblication ends but i may find a job in the us using my BA degree by the end of the year so in the event i will have to obtain a waiver. Anyone who can help?i appreciate it.

I'm sick and tired of this patriotic, nationalistic and fascist crap. I stood through a memorial service today for a young Marine that was killed in Iraq back in April. During this memorial a number of people spoke about the guy and about his sacrifice for the country. How do you justify 'sacrificing' your life for a war which is not only illegal, but is being prosecuted to the extent where the only thing keeping us there is one man's power, and his ego. A recent Marine Corps intelligence report that was leaked said that the war in the al-Anbar province is unwinnable. It said that there was nothing we could do to win the hearts and minds, or the military operations in that area. So I wonder, why are we still there? Democracy is not forced upon people at gunpoint. It's the result of forward thinking individuals who take the initiative and risks to give their fellow countrymen a better way of life....

I have heard that if someone whom has gone to the work of collecting, cleaning, washing and properly bagging returnable Containers with the Maine Stete Returnable Print on it may not return them if they are from out of State.
I am wondering if this is true and if so why?

It seems that if someone is truly trying to help Save Our Planet and has collected the Containers they should not be Penalized for being from Out Of State and I am Certain that the person would most likely spend their money at least some of it in Maine itself.

I got my Indiana license suspended and drove while suspended and they suspended me even longer. I now live in california. I recieved a paper from the dmv saying I can get back my license back in june, but I am now in the navy I leave feb first and when they did a FBI back round check and said my suspention is not on there. does that mean that my driving record is clean or what? I heard I can go to wisconsin after boot camp and get a new license there but I don't know what to do is there away to get my license back faster please help? and please don't guess, I need the facts ..thank you!

The media has made Obama its latest "darling". All I see is a fresh face and a man who presents himself well. This does not qualify him to be President. Indeed, he is one of the newest senators in the US who was elected when the Illinois GOP's lead candidate self destructed. Has anyone looked at his track record? What did he do before the senate? My husband had an affair with a girl at work (they work at an educational setting). They lived together for a short time when we were separated and he came back to me. He gave her back the deposit on the house they rented even though he put thousands of $$ into it. Now the girl is telling him that he has until Jan. 31 to quit his job or she will report him to Dean of students etc.

I know what my husband did is wrong and I am not defending him in any way at all. I am staying with him so thats not what I'm asking about.

They did things on campus that were not appropriate. She is studying to be a teacher. This is very stressful. We will be seeing a lawyer but have you any experience with this? Yes, he could lose his job and are preparing for that possibilty.

She's been calling since Sept. to tell him ths.

He wants to go to the dean and let them know that someone is threatening his job and take whatever punishment is handed down. I support whatever he chooses, but its really unsettling

Ok, my ex and I were together for a long time, and when I left, i took posession of his x-box that he got for christmas a few years back, I belive it has been like 6 months that it has been in my posession. he is threating to call the police on me if I sell it.

Where can I find out the laws of posession. like you know, posession is 9/10'ths of the law or something like that. He told me once that I can have it, but I do not have it documented or anything. Can anyone please help me quickly. I need christmas money..lol..
