i know one that is they cannot be president or vice president...

I think you are wrong. Only the President has to be and natural citizen and he cannot be President if he is less than 35 years old. I will quote the U.S Constitution.

" No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adaption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

There is no place in the Constitution that says a the Vice President cannot become President if he is not a natural citizen. It just says he has to be a citizen for 14 years. So, if the President died in office the Vice President could become President even though he is not a natural citizen. Being naturalized and a resident of the United States for 14 years could make him eligible.

That's the only thing a naturalized citizen can't do.
