does the INS overlook that u were illegal in the first place before u got married to the US citizen ? Could i apply & wait for the INS answer while waiting in the States or do i have to apply & wait for the answer back in my country ?

A friend wants me to keep his identity secret. He was involved in a car accident this weekend. with an 18 year old kid. He tried to get info out of the kid but had to call his dad. His dad in return told him he shouldve filed a report there and then, when it happened. He didnt elaborate whether he was insured or not.
He took pics of his car and was lucky to take pics of the other car's damaged front. Since it happened in a shopping center he got 2 local cops to go and get as much info out of the kid as they could.
The kid's dad is being bullheaded about doing anything.
Does my friend have a chance, with all that he has on the driver, the info, the photos, etc, to sue??

Hey everyone, I am doing a court case for my college and I am stuck on finding information about a law. I don't even know if this law even exists. Does anybody know if there is a law stating parental advisory stickers must be posted on Cd's that contain "explicit" lyrics so minors can not purchase them? If so, can you please tell me the name of the law?
