If you have had a notice of intended prosecution through the post it should say on it "Photographic & technical evidence available" then you can apply for a copy of the evidence, the picture and calibration certificate in the case of speed cameras.

You may be charged for a copy of the photo, but you are entitled to see any evidence in relation to your case, be carefull though that while you are waiting for pictures that you dont miss any deadlines for replying to summons etc

Basically if they say that there is a picture, there will be a picture, dont risk a bigger fine or more points by going to court and trying to call bluffs, the loop holes are all pretty much closed now and the speed camera officers are water tight when it comes to evidence

They will try their hardest to not let you get the info without going to court, and be warned if you protest and then lose they really come down on you a lot harder, larger fines etc.

Forget all this spam....r u guilty?...or more precisely were you speeding? If so, hang up your boots Jack...I know it's a sneeky way to catch u but face facts if u were then there aint nowt u can do 'bout it...they've got u bang 2 rights...even if it does suck.
Next thing was the equipment that got u calibrated? By rights it has to b calibrated daily ( I think) for this to stick....The other alternative is that your innocent and they're equipment was up the spout that morning...it happens!!
