My asthma doesnt bother me anymore and i havent used meds for years. i workout non stop so breathing isnt a problem. Im going to MEPS soon and im wondering if i should lie or not. I heard i can get into a lot of trouble if i do but this is my dream to go into the Marines. I also heard if you havent taken meds pass age of 13 or didnt have any problems it is ok, but should i really risk it and say I have it when they might find something that will DQ me?

Illegal immigrants are just fugatives running from the law.
However, that fact seems to be ignored. Prejudice, poverty, politics, human rights, and quite a few more issues are made out to be part of the problem with illegal immigrants, and the real problem is ignored.

For example: I read this artical that said illegal immigrants have no recourse when they need medical treatment, so they have to go to unlicensed doctors. It's not that hospitals won't admit them, but it's just the fact that they will be deported if they go to a hospital.

He puts on this noise or some might call it music, it is blaring through the walls I need to sort it out once and for all. I can't afford to move. He owns his house so the council is not an option. The law can't do anything with him he won't answer the door when they arrive and they have no power so I've been told. Please someone help.

The company a friend of mine is working for is terminating her H1 as of Jan 31'07 (due to misconduct caused by ignorance). If Company B decides to hire her before Jan 31 ,

1. Should a new H1 be applied or is a H1 transfer enough?

2. When will the INS be informed of the termination ? Immediately or after
Jan 31 ?

3. Will company B run into any legal problems from the INS for hiring a
candidate who whose H1 is terminated due to misconduct ?

While reading a friends blog I saw a copywrited ink drawing of a woman posing nude. I believe it was done by a tattoo artist. I liked the pic so much I emailed the artist and asked if there was a way I could get a poster of the design or buy a print. Since he never responded I went to a art store and bought some paint and created my version of the artists work. Same drawing style & same pose, but his was in black & white, mine is in color. His was fully nude, mine is wearing underwear. I also changed the womans face to make her look more like me.

The picture came out very well and friends have suggested I sell it on ebay. If I do that can I get sued for copywrite violations.
