AND HAPPEN TO GET INTO A FIGHT WITH CHARGES PRESSED ON ME, IS THAT VIOLATING MY PROBATION? WOULD I HAVE TO APPEAR IN COURT AND GET LOCKED UP? IVE COMPLETED MY ALCOHOL CLASSES, JUST GOTTA DO MY 12DAY CMMNUTY SERVICE. ILL SEE THE JUDGE IN JULY07. IVE BEEN ON GOOD BEHAVIOR. THE NEIGHBOR IS REALLY TESTING ME THOUGH.

Dont make the mistakeof giving the system another reason fr tightening thier grip on you. I say this because our legal system is serriously flawed and is designed to keep those in the system in it for life in order to earn money for the government. Also, be forwarned that even after your debt to society is paid it will continue to haunt you throughout your life as there trully is no justice in the american justice system.

it depends on the terms of your probation, and the nature of the incident. probably there will be additional consequences. Even if the neighbor is trying your patience, call the cops and have him get in trouble, but don't get yourself involved and risk your well being, and probation

yes, it's violating probation. one thing is that one of the terms of probation is to not get anymore charges. so you will get locked up for violating probation. they'd give you more tiem for that, than the new charges anyways.
