None because politicians or the government believes that outsourcing is part of free enterprise. Companies think ways how to improve their bottomline and outsourcing is one of the best way to have a positive bottomline. Outsourcing is like when automation was introduced, a lot of people lose their jobs but the American we're able to adjust to this innovation.

Outsouring is good for the economy, it shifts workers to more productive sectors in the economy where they are needed long term. Companies have to compete, and if company beating you in because of outsoucring you have to do the same. I dont promote the goverment giving tax breaks to support it, but I also dont think should make interferance in business discisions ethier. Goverment officals could provide job retraining to people outscoured, and tax credits for job train skills to reaqquire a skill. Goverment cares about outsourcing from a tax reuvene viewpoint, the polticitians may bark about outsoucring but they know they cant do much about it. All taxpayers should support wage supports to those outscoured so they can be entinced to seek a job as soon as possible rathar than be unemployed long term

There may be, but I think Democrats/Republicans are as likely more concerned about angering the business lobby.

there is a lot of people complaining , but so far as I know no politician will dare to touch this , he wants to be reelected so he is afraid some one will be angry , notice politicians, not statesmen, we don't have statesmen any more as that requires thinking and patriotism our politicians can't do either.
