a 2 years experience java developer get H1 visa from India?

I am working as a s/w engineer in India based MNC and willing to go to USA. I am having 2 years of experience presenlty. Is H1 has any restriction on experience level or any?

You must have at least a BA or BS. You also have to have an employer willing to sponsor you. If all US companies want more expierence, then you won't have a sponsor, so you won't have an H-1 visa.

well if there are jobs yes. if there is no jobs for him then no and you other question answer is yes level of experience is very importabt in h1 visa
