Although Florida had disagreements between its branches, insulating the states from interference by the federal government-- especially in respect to the election of the President--is a fairly clear Constitutional sentiment.

Now that it's been awhile since the elections, why did the Supreme Court decide to ignore the right of the State of Florida to decide its own electors?

The person in question only has the strange coding, provided when sending mail from the States, seeing as I'm actually living in the UK, my post office did not know how to deal with the item . . .
is there any way to send mail from Europe or would I have to send it to a friend in USA, so they can post from stateside, surely there must be a way around this?

Does anyone have the courage to declare, "The Emperor has no clothes!"? Their illegal war in Iraq is a huge money machine for their companies, and no one wants to talk about their crimes against humanity and their abject fraud!

Jack Kevorkian to Be Paroled in June
He Promises Not to Assist Any More Suicides
By KATHY BARKS HOFFMAN
AP
LANSING, Mich. (Dec. 13) - After more than eight years behind bars for murder, an ailing Dr. Jack Kevorkian will be paroled in June on a promise not to help anyone else commit suicide, prison officials said Wednesday.

Over the summer, Kevorkian's lawyer said that Kevorkian was suffering from hepatitis C and diabetes, that his weight had dropped to 113 pounds and that he had less than a year to live. Last Thursday, Kevorkian promised the parole board he would not take part in another suicide if released.

Should Dr. Jack Kavorkian ever had been sent to jail in the first place?

Was Dr. Kavorkian a victim or our values/system or was Dr. Kavorkian's inprisonment legitimate?

Kevorkian, who claimed to have assisted in at least 130 suicides in the 1990s, called it a mercy killing. He was sent to prison in 1999. He was credited with a year and nine months for good behavior.

Hi. I'm an Australian who was very much against the war in Iraq and the incidents used to justify it. I am not especially antiwar or liberal. I realise there are some necessary wars but now I am getting paranoid that if the US goes down, we're all at the mercy of China. I don't want the US to lose. At the same time, I don't think the course of action they've pursued was right at all (i.e they should try to maintain friendly relations with ALL the countries in the ME, not just one). We can't successfully fight a war on two fronts - trying to maintain control of resources in the ME and dealing with China and they know this. I feel that expressing dissent has become dangerous but if we don't, our governments will continue following a disastrous course in the ME to the detriment of most of us eventually (except the snake oil salesmen who actually WANT us to lose although they are positing this as a battle for Western civ). Should I just shutup and swallow it?

I got pulled over tonight for going 70mph in a 45mph construction zone. The cop wrote the ticket for 50mph in a 45mph zone but later in the ticket it says my speed was 70mph. (which it was). How much will my fine be and how many points will I get? (Michigan)

Is there anything new in the pipeline? How about Paris Hilton is actually a defective fembot, or something of that nature.
