Adapted the german wermacht helmet? no disrespect, just an observation

Better design that what we had used, so we copied it. Why not? If it works better and protects our soldiers better I am all for it. Now if your trying to make the insinuation that because of that our Government is going to turn into a fascist regime, I will offer you same of that Arizona beach front property I am selling.

I really think its just you? You have been ready a few very weird post. Look at the picture on the links and tell me if you think they are anything alike.
the first is the US advanced combat helmet. Our in Afghanistan and Iraq have a ACU cover. (digital pattern). Second is a German WWII helmet

Except for the fact than they both go on a soldiers head? I'm not sure what you are talking about.

It's a good design. Deflects the bullets, covers more than the old steel pot (though you can't cook in it), and it's lighter.

We've been using it for the last 23 years.
