He is trying to say that because it is a shared fence that he should not have to pay for the entire cost of the vet bills for my rabbit since it was more the the original estimate. I say if his dog had not broke throught the fence in the first place this would not be an issue. If anyone has information on this type of legal matter I would appreciate hearing from you.

Especially with criminal law, and false imprisonment, and the evasion of accountability for grand theft to the rich, even attorneys who have not rightfully earned their money.
