Fiji has done a very brave thing, by getting rid of government officials who do the wrong thing, just like the george bush administration who are doing the wrong thing by invading iraq. The moral of the story is each country has to mind its own business and stop trying to control other countries.

My boyfriend got into an altercation with my mom's boyfriend. My mom's boyfriend aggravated the situation, and my boyfriend ended up cutting him with a knife he had on his person. Less than four inches, folding knife. I didn't see anything besides my Mom's boyfriend beating up on him pretty badly after he had cut him. I just found out that they issued a subpoena to me, my mom, her boyfriend, and my grandma who were all present. My boyfriend was under (legal) drugs (but a lethal amount) and doesn't remember the incident. He is a drug addict, addicted to drugs doctors give him. He is currently being held in jail, until his court apperance on Friday.

I am not going to testify AGAINST him, neither will my mother or her boyfriend, but I doubt she will say that he boyfriend aggravated the incident, out of fear he will be put into jail. Can everyone refuse to say anything?

My boyfriend pleaded "Not Guilty" by reason of self-defense. Any help or counseling on this is appreciated.

I have flagged at least 10 difrent people for violations of terms of service and I belive some postings constitute hate crimes what do think? the postings run the guantlet from condoning the murder of homosexuals to reposting demeaning and derogratory questions over and over cloging our forum. They answer sincere and serious questions with malice and hate and are surely hurting the people who are asking them?
if you agree should Yahoo refer them to the F.B.I.
if they do not is not Yahoo guilty of being an accessory
after the fact?

The official map said ROAD CLOSED IN WINTER, but when Rand McNally printed it, they left that off. Any basis for a lawsuit?

The surveillance Ship USS Liberty was attacked and almost sunk By Israel in 1967 flying the United States flag and in open seas . Pilots of the Israeli air force reported that the ship was American and were ordered to attack the liberty anyhow .
Two pilots who failed to attack the Liberty where jailed for disobeying orders and served 18 years in prison . Did Israel participate in the attacks of September the 11th in conjunction with help from the Bush family who also assisted in getting the Saudi royal family out of America after the attacks in just 36 hours .
Has Israel continued to use terror attacks and Support from certain members of Americas wealthiest and powerful families or is all this just lies created by cave dwelling terrorists .

We hear celebrities preaching alot to the common man about helping the poor. What do you think they could do themselves? It seems odd to me that they sit in mansions and sit on millions while they preach to people who make $30,000 about helping the poor.
Here's one way I think THEY can help the poor and the average man. Take a major cut in their multi-million dollar pay so the average person can actually afford to do the things that they make money on. How can they preach to us about helping the poor while they are making us pay $10.00 a person to take our family to the movies or $200.00 just to take our sons to a pro game? This is so ridiculous and two faced that it really burns me up. That's just me, though. How do you feel about it?

I do. For simple reasons such as to bring civilization to Mid East countries that have still not learned to be at peace with one another. I mean, imagine Shiites and Sunnis killing each other now, and then not to mention all the political wars the Mid East region has suffered. These countries have not learned yet to be just fair, and democratic. They need to respect the humans there and their differences and not attack them for it. I mean, there truly is no basis to establish dialogue and employ peaceful resolutions, there seems to be an odd need to constantly attack the other and cause damage and sufferings. People with such mentalities are a danger not just to the neighboring countries but also to the peace of the entire world.
