Always plead not guilty. Pay for a lawyer and show that you are gainfully employed. Ask the judge for driving privileges to go to work. Ya, stop doing that or you will find yourself in prison.

You still have 2 DUI offenses and your third is a felony, regardless of the disposition. A DUI offense is usually prior-able. Maybe you should consider not drinking and driving!

2 FIRST OFFENSES IS AN OXYMORAN. HOW CAN YOU HAVE 2 FIRST OFFENSES ONE HAD TO HAPPEN BEFORE THE OTHER. THUS 2 ND OFFENDER DISPOSITION. AT THIS POINT IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED 2 DUI'S YOU NEED TO STAY AWAY FROM THE BOTTLE. THE LIFE YOU SAVE MAY BE YOUR OWN.

I can't find a good question here except to ask more questions."what if..."
how about ...'what if i took a cab home from the bar..." or "what if i went out and didn't feel the need to drink?".....or "what if I'm an alcoholic?"
after 1 DUI, you really don't have an excuses left?
do you have to drink? is having driving privileges more precious?

If I had my way you would be printing license plates for about 10 years. There is NO excuse for DUI. The only way to get through to someone who has multiple infractions is incarceration.
