Where DNA samples are left at a crime scene, should there be an international database showing EVERYONES DNA so that crimes can be solved faster???

Cos, surely, if you have nothing to hide, then you would willingly give a sample... Wouldn't you???

at court and she said within my hearing distance that she was on Welfare and living with her parents. Girl had on all brand new clothes with a brand new baby stroller driving a brandnew car cause I seen her outside. Girl is living better than me and i do a hard stress ful job until I graduate from school. And there are many many illegals that just pop out a baby here and live off tax money and it's just not fair. She was racist too giving all the white looking people dirty looks while smiling at the mexicans she seen. Why should a little racist illegal come and be able to live off our tax money like that. Does any one think this is not okay?

The US government extends this offer to all illegals... join the US military, serve a 4-year enlistment, and you will be granted immediate citizenship. No waiting in line. No bureaucracy. No lengthy paperwork to fill out. No BS.

If you are unable to serve in the US military, then you can join a volunteer corps sent to Central Africa, Southeast Asia, and other third world nations in order to help them with tasks like digging ditches, constructing buildings, staffing hospitals, etc. Serve a 2-year enlistment in the volunteer corps (you will not be paid, but all your necessities will be provided for) and again, immediate citizenship.

If you are the minor child of a person serving in either the military or volunteer corps, you will also be extended immediate citizenship at the same time the serving parent.

By joining the military or volunteer corps, illegals will gain valuable work skills for future use, and in turn, receive citizenship for service to the US.

I'm not looking for Wikipedia or other website cut-and-pastes; I've already read the article through and I still need help. I don't understand what the concept means or what it refers to politically in our system of government (or society in general). Where are bureaucracies established and who establishes them? Who's involved? A simple as you can make it...WHAT IS A BUREAUCRACY?

Please be as detailed as you can! Thanks.

If Iran is allowed to have Nuclear weapons there is a good chance they can give them to their proxies like Hezboulah to attack Israel or Europe.

If The United States bombs them they can respond by influencing a revolt in Iraq and Lebanon and setting the Middle East on fire.

and an internal coup can backfire in so manyways that can result in the above.

I also find it unlikely that Iran will willingly give up their Nuclear reaserch and it looks like no one is willing to put serious economic sanctions on Iran.

any suggestions?

as the report came out this morning at 245 on cnn... i'm still reading it and understanding it more since its only been out foor 15 mins but, does "It's clear the Iraqi government will need U.S. assistance for some time to come, especially in carrying out new security responsibilities. Yet the U.S. must not make open-ended commitments to keep large numbers of troops deployed in Iraq." mean that we are going to just leave iraq a total mess?? and does that mean they will be a less total of troops in iraq?

Is staying in Iraq after invading it over 3 years ago the right thing to do? I know it was good to Invade Iraq to get rid of Saddam, but is it really that wise to still stay there right now? Look @ all the innocent people that are dying every day. The American Military is indirectly killing more civilians and innocent people than they are killing the terrorists. Do YOU really think we should still stay there, or create a good bureaucratic infrastructure for their government by January 15th 2007, and move out by the end of February 2007 before it blows into another full scale disaster like Vietnam, where we kill more women and children than the "bad guys."

I have received a 5-day evictions notice and a 20-day summons for damages posted on my door this morning. I want to stay here and willing to pay the past due rent. Can I arrange a payment plan to avoid eviction? If they choose not to let me stay, then I need enough money to move. How can they garnish my future earnings enough where I can no longer afford to pay for basic necessities?

In the guest book of: www.stopnato.org.uk/ , one can see some comments which have absolutely nothing to do with the subject discusted in the web site. What I am talking about is advertisments for viagra which repeat themselves over and over again (by a surfer called "USA" and by other psuedo names as such) or about homosexual sex involving White people with Black ones and things like that. What I am asking is: Is this a decent way to argue with the toppic? Is this democracy? Is this what the great people who invented democracy had in mind?

My daughter and I were rear ended and severly hurt in a hit and run accident. Thank God, my daughter is alright now, but I ended up with whiplash, a major concussion, and lasting back injuries. Also the emotional suffering has been horrible. The man who hit me was caught three wks later. He pled guilty to misdemeanor fleeing the scene, not having insurance, and driving at an unsafe speed (he was doing 70 in a 55). I am wondering why he wouldn't be charged with a felony. Also what would be a typical punishment? Since he has pled guilty, is there anything I can do? When I tried working with the DA, they didn't have time to talk to me, any other suggestions? By the way, there was an open 16 oz beer can under the steering wheel that he was not charged for, but the da never looked at the police file photos.

I was assaulted a few months ago (a guy stole a kiss from me without my permission). This morning, he pulled a knife on me to get back a stuffed animal that was not his, nor had anything to do with him. My family intends to prosecute. How do I cope with the fear that he could kill me?
