Yes in a way... currently in Cali.. White People are the majority of the minority in the state.

I also agree that White Americans (those who have several generations here) have become a minority all over the country. Refugees, illegal immigrants, and others have now become the majority in most places of the country. Sadly, they do not need to speak any english, or even be citizens to be awarded government support and money, or to be given jobs here.

My part of CA, yeah, whites have become the minority. You can't go to very many restaurants where the customer service people speak english, half the time you don't get what you ordered anyway.

yes whites are a minority in the state as a whole some areas are predominately black others Mexican, Chinese, Japanese, or other races there are no predominately white areas any more as that would be racist,
