Why don't you go to Iran and live with her there? People in Iran hate America, they're always chanting "Mad mad Amrika!" So, why on Earth would anyone in Iran want to live here? Yes, it is best you go there, marry your fiance, and live happily ever after in the land of enlightenment and religious tolerance.

K-1 visa, like everyone else. Except there's no US diplomatic or consular mission in Iran, so s/he will have to go elsewhere to get it. And it will take longer to complete the requisite investigation.

If you are not, or not yet, an American citizen the procedure is more complex.

It's going to take longer. You would be better off to bring her here on a tourist visa and marry her here then she can stay in the US and you can file all the paperwork for her green card - it takes a long time but they will keep issuing her temporary cards.

We did this when my husband and I wanted to marry. He is French

The US embassy in United Arab Emirates is where he can go. They accept petitions for Iranian nationals there.

THe fastest thing you can do is buy a big luggage... yes.. luggage!!! and put her inside...... try that... but if you go through the legal proces.. you will have difficulty unless you marry her in the US....
