Taking into consideration that innocent people daily being killed in Iraq and many of those who are lucky to be living wish that Saddam come back to power ,, he seems to have a better control on Iraq peace,, also lots of them they blame the states of the people divition into secterian groups and the States have ignored the formation of the killing groups while focusing on Al Qaida killers,, at the time there was no Al Qaida killers to kill the Iraqi pepole before the states came to libirate Iraq,,, what a liberty !!,, let killers come all into your peaceful house to kill you for an exchange of democracy... I think the states are in total mess,, so what do you think?!

I am about to take my daughters deadbeat dad to court over Child Support Payments as I suspect he is purposefully hiding his income to reduce his liability to the rediculous amount of $60.00 per month. For the last 10 years his income has been on average $50-$60k, resulting in Child Support Payments of $800 per month. I know that he is not earning only $18k per year as he claims as he could not afford his home, cars, business/factory etc, and suspect his wife, who works with him in their business is taking home most of the money in her name. Will a court rule a back payment if he is found guilty? My solicitor is seeking a full disclosure of the business, and both he and his wifes incomes/tax returns. Also, if his books do not show evidence of foul play, would his many assets and lifestyle be considered, as these certainly do not represent a wage of $18,000?

The level of confidance and decision making that the Americans have is completely different from their Asian, African counterpart who are working in the same line of work. The Americans shows compassion and they are very passionate to help people to come to this nation and have a better life. They ask a few question and establish the truth from that point. Even if there is human error or mistake they overlook the mistake and stick to what they belive is right without engaging in bureocratic lengthe process. I ask this question because my kids are a victim and have been denied the right to reunite with their father (which is me) simply because there was error in their date of birth..

I need to apply to humannitarian organization that have access to immigration departement to help out this issue.

Gates’ words imply the Bush administration will disavow its long-held pledge to stop Iran obtaining nuclear weapons.

The designated defense secretary Robert Gates’ replied to the Senate committee’s at his confirmation hear Tuesday: “If Iran obtains nuclear weapons no one can promise it would not use them against Israel.”

DEBKAfile’s military sources note: This assertion presupposes that Iran will not be stopped from acquiring nuclear weapons. Furthermore, Gates spoke in the plural about nuclear weapons. In all, he addressed three messages to Jerusalem:

1. There are no assurances that we will be able to prevent an Iranian nuclear attack on Israel.

2. Iran’s nuclear arsenal will contain different types of weapons.

3. On the nuclear issue, you are on your own; don’t count on us for a response.

Will the U.S. really just give up on preventing Iran from nuking whoever they decide to?

Would you judge people by their ethnic origin or gender? Would you try to get even with people who wronged you in the past?

How far do these rights go?

If a biggot doesn't want blacks in his place of business, does he have a right to refuse them?

I obviously think it would be very immoral to do such a thing, but what does the law SPECIFICALLY say?

And I know this would ultimately be a bad business decision. (I would not do business with such a company) but would it be legal?

I was separated from the Navy in Oct 2004, paperwork states March 05. Court Martialed in San Diego for AWOL. OTH was given to me. RE-4 separtion code on my dd214. Now, I need to know if there is a chance for me to get back into the Navy. Possibly a waiver from the service secretary? and that would be? Would writing my congressman help? I need to know what I can do and if there is anyone out there willing to help, please do so. There is more to the story, but what matters right now is what is in black and white, and I need to fix what I have damaged. I regret my actions and I want to do what it takes to get back in. I have to try, I can not be content without putting forth effort. I am willing to share all info concerning my prior enlistment with someone who can help. If your out there, respond. This is NOT a waste of time, but something worth striving for. Email me your contact number, if you would like. Please advise. Thank you for your time.
