Not sure what you are asking. But if your are asking if you can leave county or state if you are on probation. If your probation states you can not then you are breaking your probation and can serve the full term in jail. If it does not state that then you have to get permisson from your PO.

not sure i understand your question here ? do you mean perhaps ? can a person on probation leave the city or the state ?
if this is the case ? if your probation states that you may not leave ,and you do ? you will be on probation violation ...........
