birds of the skies, animals of the ground, fish in the sea, but human beings are subjected to all sorts of red tape! It is so unfair and anti human to be this way

Immigration (coming into a country to settle there) and emigration (going out of a country to settle elsewhere) is up to the individual countries. All nations have immigration laws. Others may also have strict emigration laws (not allowing their citizens to leave!). Immigration therefore is not a right but rather a privilege given to people who may want to work or live or become citizens of a country, while emigration may tend to be a right (the right to leave your country if you want to), but not in all instances (try getting out of North Korea, for example).

Everybody has the right to immigrate/emmigrate. It's a matter of whether you're allowed to come. Those currently living their or the governing party also has the right to deny entry.
