the immigrants...., but how do we decide who the immigrants are?

In Australia it is the immigration department we have very strict but fair laws about who comes into our country.Even the boat people our illegal immigrants are kept in detention until it is proved they are genuine refugees.I must say it goes against my sense of a fair go to keep people locked up but seeing the way other countries have problems I think our government has done something right for a change.

The country itself. The US does not deny immigration. It denies ILLEGAL immigration - there is a difference and you know it!!
