it is supposed to be democratic like the U,S, but it is so corrupt even worse than the states, bribery is prevalent every where, and the poor people are taxed to the point they have a hard time eating, there are only 2 classes of people there the rich and the poor and very little opportunity for advancement for the poor,
the city , state, or gov services are for the rich and the poor are left to survive the best way they can , they are mostly honest people accommodating as they can afford to be if they like you they let you know if they don't you will also know it.
